What you will need:

1 kg plain flour

500ml luke warm water

60ml olive oil

10g of salt

15g of fresh yeast

How to make it:

Combine water, oil and yeast together.

Pour over the flour into a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly and add the salt.

Divide into 2 logs and twist them onto each other.

Place in the warming drawer or warm place to proof for 2 to 3 hours depending on the room temperature.

Bake at 220 degrees for 50 minutes. Or use the Bread Function on the OMFHS6010. 

Rest upside down on a cooling rack.

Slice and enjoy with your favourite spread or toppings.
