What you will need:

Vegetables of choice
Think; baby carrots, purple or traditional orange carrots
Yellow small squash
Broccollini
Courgettes
Asparagus
Chopped Italian parsley to garnish
Lemon juice, sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

How to make it:

Prep all veggies.

Place Baby carrots, purple or traditional orange carrots, Yellow small squash into perforated tray.

Cook in Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven SO4510, steam setting 100ºC/30 minutes in the last 10 minutes add Broccollini, Courgettes and Asparagus.

Remove from oven immediately as they will continue to cook in own heat.

Re-warm in warming drawer for a few minutes prior to serving. They should be bright in colour.

Garnish with parsley and dress with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
